Boot Holland 2025 moved to 2026

The organization of Boot Holland, the only indoor water sports fair in the Netherlands, has decided to move the 2025 edition to 2026. This decision was made in consultation with various stakeholders and is in the interest of both exhibitors and visitors.
The decision to move Boot Holland 2025 to 2026 was not taken lightly. The main reasons are the current economic market developments in the sector. The water sports sector is looking for a new balance after the impact of the corona crisis and the subsequent global economic uncertainty. This uncertainty means that there would be insufficient quality and supply represented at the 2025 fair.
Boot Holland 2026 will take place from 11 to 15 March 2026 at the WTC Expo in Leeuwarden. Of the approximately 100 exhibitors who had already confirmed their participation for 2025, most have now been personally informed about the postponement. Almost all parties have indicated that they want to participate in the new edition.
Visitors who have already purchased an entrance ticket will automatically receive a refund.
“It was not an easy decision to move the fair, but we are convinced that this step is in the interest of all parties involved. Boot Holland 2026 will be a stronger and more innovative event. We are happy to talk to all parties to make the next edition a success. The commitments we are already receiving for the next edition support us tremendously in this,” says Peter Ourensma, general manager of WTC Expo, the organization behind Boot Holland.
